Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tappya's restaurant management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Tappya provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform that includes point-of-sale, inventory management, online ordering, analytics, and other restaurant operations tools.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious code or viruses
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Data Ownership and Usage

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We will not use your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tappya and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tappya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tappya harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
